Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of related experience.
  • •For the Arkansas Total Care plan: a bachelor’s degree in a social science/health-related field, or high school diploma with at least one year coordinating care for developmentally/intellectually disabled or behavioral health clients.
  • •Must have a driver’s license and complete child and adult maltreatment checks and a drug screen (before hire and recurring).
  • •Must reside in Arkansas (or a border city), and preferred candidates should have strong experience working with Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (BH/DD) populations.
