Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage consumer loan funding processes in accordance with procedures and regulations.
  • •Enter account information, document transactions, and prepare disbursements for loan funding.
  • •Process accurate, timely loan payoffs and new loan fundings following segregation of duties.
  • •Balance general ledger entries and work with Accounting to correct discrepancies.
  • •Answer customer inquiries and research requests to resolution, including sending required client letters and initiating calls as needed.

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma.
  • •Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with knowledge of bank loan and deposit products.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • •Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • •Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows products.
