Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide courteous, engaging client interactions and complete complex and standardized transactions with accurate recordkeeping and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to improve the customer experience.
  • •Support the team sales process via outbound calling, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities; refer clients to appropriate specialists.
  • •Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions aligned to clients’ needs.
  • •Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
