Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead projects from start-up to completion with responsibility for results and processes.
  • •Manage complex commercial real estate projects, including progress planning, monitoring, quality assurance, and risk management.
  • •Represent tenant clients through fit-out, relocation, and other real estate initiatives, safeguarding interests and providing control over the process.
  • •Serve as a sparring partner and coordinate stakeholders such as developers, landlords, tenants, consultants, suppliers, and management.
  • •Prepare and follow up on project plans, budgets, schedules, and documentation; run procurement/tender processes, negotiate agreements, and report progress.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4 years’ experience in project management, ideally within occupier and retail projects.
  • •Experience within construction consultancy is strongly preferred.
  • •Strong strategic advisory, scheduling, and process management skills.
  • •Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle from early-stage planning through execution, completion, and post-project review.
  • •Fluency in Norwegian and English.
