Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years of technical program management of hardware NPI at an OEM, ODM, or hyperscaler, running programs from kickoff through stage gates to rate production.
  • •An engineering degree with enough technical depth to conduct honest design reviews and distinguish real answers from slides.
  • •Experience making hard decisions on slipping programs (cut scope, slip the date, or spend to recover) and walking through the tradeoffs and cost.
  • •Ability to manage DVT-stage component changes against 20-week lead times, including decision-making and the data needed to close quickly.
  • •Strong program scheduling and risk management across 5+ workstreams using tooling and judgment.
