Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related clinical field.
  • •Active, unrestricted California clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist).
  • •BBS-approved supervisor certification (or eligibility).
  • •8+ years of post-licensure clinical experience, including 3+ years in a clinical leadership or supervisory role.
  • •Direct experience with PHP, IOP, or equivalent high-acuity behavioral health programs.
