Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and design training materials for AFRS civilian staff and service personnel, including systems training, eLearning, videos, and workshops.
  • •Ensure designed training adheres to DSAT methodology and aligns with Defence Learning Environment (DLE) requirements.
  • •Work with L&D managers and subject matter experts to develop design requests and deliver learning outcomes that support business needs.
  • •Advise stakeholders on the best blended learning formats (guides, eLearning, and face-to-face workshops).
  • •Own and maintain learning systems content, evaluate and evolve materials to keep them up to date, and ensure external quality standards are met.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience designing and creating engaging digital and blended learning content aligned to learning principles and business needs.
  • •Knowledge of digital learning tools and content creation, including Articulate, Rise, and vyond, plus experience with a learning management system.
  • •Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices, including course design and LMS platforms.
  • •Understanding of Learning and Development models and theories, and familiarity with methods used in learning experiences.
  • •Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
