Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing the ERP system effectively.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leverage S/4HANA, enhancing workstream processes in alignment with RTX operating model and industry best practices.
•Support the creation of new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies and common design aspirations.
•Assist data team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing.
•Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows and data policies; deliver functional specifications for forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations and workflows.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of hands-on SAP experience including configuration, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
•Strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS) including Project Structures, WBS Elements, Networks, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Settlement, and Project Billing.
•Experience supporting integration between SAP Project Systems, Sales and Distribution (SD), Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Contract Management, and Billing processes.
•Proven experience leading business workshops, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and supporting end-to-end project implementations.
•Experience supporting project-based revenue recognition, cost collection, funding management, and customer billing processes.
