Key Responsibilities

•Manage the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process across regions to balance supply and demand.
•Work with the regional commercial team to provide accurate forecasts.
•Create a seamless flow of the demand plan to deliver high customer service.
•Serve as a stakeholder for commercial leaders to support business growth while optimizing the supply chain.
•Drive reconciliation of forecast vs. actuals (FA/Bias), manage exceptions, and ensure system adherence and change management while mentoring junior planners or analysts (O9 adherence).

Key Requirements

•Serve as a key managerial leader for the S&OP function within the region, using analytical, marketing, and sales data to estimate future product demand.
•Collaborate closely with Supply and Commercial functions to provide accurate forecasts.
•Manage the monthly S&OP process by balancing regional supply and demand.
•Ensure end-to-end ownership of the demand plan, including timely forecast closures across the S&OP cycle (F1–F5).
•Mentor junior planners or analysts and support system adherence and change management (including O9).
