Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with hiring managers and business/group leaders to understand unique talent needs.
  • •Manage full lifecycle recruiting, including position descriptions, sourcing, candidate screening, recruiting process advising, and negotiating offers.
  • •Develop and execute sourcing plans and own the candidate development process from identification and engagement through closing.
  • •Work cross-functionally with a team of recruiters to promote inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion.
  • •Leverage recruiting data to provide proactive status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,800 - 137,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 3 years of recruiting experience, or 3 years of human resources experience, or 3 years of client consulting experience (or a combination).
  • •4+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting (full life cycle, research, and sourcing).
  • •2+ years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers while developing and enhancing working relationships.
  • •Experience using recruiting techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent and advising partners on recruiting process.
