Key Responsibilities

  • •Work in the project management team in design management under guidance of a Senior Design Manager.
  • •Take responsibility for sub-areas of design management within general planning across possible task fields.
  • •Coordinate and control interdisciplinary overall coordination across disciplines and trades.
  • •Monitor compliance with construction costs, deadlines, and contractually owed services; ensure work quality.
  • •Proactively manage decision-making and collaborate with clients, engineers, construction contractors, and other specialists.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in architecture or a comparable field.
  • •Minimum 10 years of professional experience after a master’s or diploma degree, including at least 4 years in LPH 3–4 and 4 additional years in LPH 5.
  • •Experience planning, coordinating, and implementing planning projects in the German market (and ideally international).
  • •Initial experience leading a planning team and in project management is an advantage.
  • •Strong knowledge of German building regulations and environmental requirements, plus interest in digital construction processes and planning methods.
