Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manufacturing cells of new and existing products.
  • •Manage Safety, Ergonomics, and Management of Change activities in support of site safety goals.
  • •Generate and revise manufacturing processes and manufacturing work instructions.
  • •Identify, maintain, and support tooling, gauging, and test equipment for mature production.
  • •Drive FPY and OPE improvement using Lean Six Sigma; support 5S and visual management and work cell design, integration, and validation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 1 year experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or similar internships/co-ops.
  • •No relocation is offered; candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Orchard Park, NY.
  • •Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident due to US export-controlled technology/materials.
