Job Summary

Implement and validate SAP PP/QM manufacturing changes for a new plant in Hyderabad. Ensure required MFG SPRO configuration, update manufacturing Z tables and plant-specific master data (BOMs, work centers/resources, inspection plans, production versions, functional locations). Review custom hard-coded functionality, update plant-specific jobs/variants, test QM outputs and forms, run go-live scenarios, and migrate transactional data and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

•Confirm required MFG SPRO configuration is in place for the new plant.
•Update manufacturing Z tables and convert plant-specific master data to the new plant number.
•Review and update custom/configured functionality for plant-specific hard-coded values.
•Update jobs and variants with plant-specific settings for background jobs in PP and QM; review and test QM outputs and forms.
•Execute go-live activities including closing old-plant transactional data, creating new-plant transactional data, ensuring raw material inventory, and setting plant-specific batch classification.
