Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product innovation and brainstorming for AI-powered document intelligence scenarios.
  • •Design and implement scalable end-to-end solutions for AI services, workflows, and platform capabilities.
  • •Own platform architecture and technical governance via design/architecture reviews, engineering standards, coding practices, documentation, and QA.
  • •Lead hands-on engineering for API development, unit/integration testing, defect resolution, and QA partnership for test cases/data.
  • •Deploy and scale on cloud platforms using GCP and Kubernetes; ensure reliability, performance, compliance through monitoring, testing, optimization, and incident response.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years end-to-end enterprise B-end AI product design experience.
  • •5+ years technical background with solid understanding of AI, LLM, and intelligent document processing technologies.
  • •10+ years IT experience (preferably enterprise application or platform development) with 6+ years hands-on proficiency in Java and Python for backend and platform engineering.
  • •6+ years hands-on proficiency as a senior tech lead with solution design and hands-on coding expertise, including strong technical problem-solving.
  • •University degree in Computer Science or related discipline, plus lead experience (5+ years) and advantage with Docker, Kubernetes, micro-frontend architecture, and LLM solutions.
