Job Summary

Serve as a subject matter expert for IT governance and strategy, leading management analysis across strategic planning, risk assessment, and performance measurement. Develop processes, recommendations, briefings, and metrics to support organizational development, process re-engineering, and strategic improvement. Conduct organizational and gap/trend analyses, define operational objectives, and evaluate systems and interfaces. Coordinate across project teams, support audit/data-call responses, and deliver status reporting and stakeholder briefings.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct organizational development analysis to support As-is and To-be models and recommend improvements to efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of delivery.
•Perform gap and trend analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
•Determine operational objectives for business requirements; evaluate existing or interfacing systems and recommend interface and functionality changes.
•Document business rules, use cases, and workflow diagrams; produce written and verbal materials for organizational, project, and task goals for senior government officials.
•Automate workflows, manage data, and report using Enterprise Service Management tools such as ServiceNow ITSM and ITBM modules.

Key Requirements

•Develop processes, recommendations, briefings, and metrics as an IT governance and strategy subject matter expert.
•Perform organizational development analysis using As-is and To-be models and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and resource utilization.
•Conduct gap and trend analysis to identify improvement opportunities and determine operational objectives for business requirements.
•Ability to facilitate working group sessions and coordinate with functional stakeholders and engineering/development teams.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills for briefings and materials to senior government officials.
