Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the GTM data roadmap to build scalable, durable data products.
  • •Build and maintain key data pipelines and marts powering core GTM metrics (headcount model, quota attainment, and pipeline).
  • •Create insightful, reliable dashboards and deliver insights across the company.
  • •Collaborate with GTM analyst teams to train and enable them on datasets and data tools.
  • •Develop semantic models and run evals to power AI tools enabling natural-language querying of business data.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or analytics engineering.
  • •Deep expertise in data modeling and data warehouse design.
  • •Expert-level SQL skills and experience with Snowflake and BigQuery.
  • •Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce’s data model and other GTM systems.
  • •Experience with dbt and Git, plus familiarity with business intelligence tools (Direct Hex is a bonus).
