Job Summary

Build and deliver customer, product, and interaction analytics for cross-sell/next-best-action use cases. Explore and transform data across GCP and Hadoop, engineer features from CRM and behavioral signals, and develop propensity/uplift and segmentation models. Create decision-ready dashboards in Looker, run test-and-learn experiments, and translate results into implementation-ready outputs while partnering with CRM, product, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Explore, cleanse, and transform large volumes of customer, product, channel, and interaction data across platforms including GCP and Hadoop.
•Develop cross-sell/next-best-action analytics such as propensity/uplift models, segmentation, and prioritisation logic.
•Engineer features from CRM and behavioural signals to improve model performance and interpretability.
•Build and iterate prototypes using Python/SQL, creating decision-ready dashboards and monitoring views in Looker.
•Partner with CRM, product, and business stakeholders to define use cases, success metrics, and test-and-learn approaches; communicate outcomes and translate insights into implementation-ready artefacts.

Key Requirements

•6+ years’ experience in banking analytics/data science with a structured delivery approach.
•Advanced Python and SQL skills for analysing large datasets and performing complex statistical analysis.
•Develop end-to-end analytics solutions such as next-best-action, propensity/uplift modelling, or NLP/NLU and related modelling approaches.
•Strong understanding of CRM and customer engagement processes, including CMB products and operating model.
•Working knowledge of GCP services and analytics tooling, with solid understanding of Hadoop concepts and ecosystem.
