Support daily production operations in a manufacturing facility by developing weekly production schedules, coordinating new-hire orientations, and tracking employee training records. Assist Production leadership with continuous improvement initiatives, data collection, reporting, and operational communications. Maintain accurate production documentation and update production information in company software systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support production goals, compliance, and food and workplace safety.
