Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete mechanical repair, overhaul, and maintenance of compressed air equipment and associated products in a professional and accurate manner.
  • •Troubleshoot air compressors and generators using electrical/mechanical fault-finding techniques and diagnostic equipment, then perform repairs to restore functionality.
  • •Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance, including inspecting components, cleaning, lubricating, replacing filter kits, changing oil, cleaning oil and air coolers, and re-greasing motors as needed.
  • •Provide technical assistance to customers on mechanical systems, including guidance on troubleshooting, maintenance procedures, and optimizing equipment performance and lifespan.
  • •Maintain accurate records and documentation (service activities, diagnoses, repairs, parts used, service reports, work permits) while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a maintenance field service environment.
  • •Commitment to workplace safety and ability to follow safety protocols (including JSA and PPE).
  • •Australian manual driver’s licence (C-class driver’s license).
  • •Excellent customer service ability.
  • •Experience with pneumatic equipment and fault finding in compressed air equipment.
