Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Educate consumers about products, in-store promotions, and events.
  • •Support store operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown, and loyalty program promotion.
  • •Learn and assist across store departments such as consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Follow asset protection policies and collaborate with store management to improve sales-driven key performance indicators.

Key Requirements
