Engineer- Manufacturing III

Lead process and equipment improvements in solar module manufacturing, partnering with Area/Sr. Managers and global engineering stakeholders to hit Manufacturing P90 metrics. Manage and lead groups of material handling and automation engineers/technicians, drive complex equipment and process changes through stage-gate, and use statistical and big-data analysis (JMP, Minitab) to improve yield, throughput, and cycle time. Also oversee corrective actions, documentation, and continuous improvement activities while ensuring safety and housekeeping.
