Build trusted relationships with consumer and business customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual engagement. Assess banking needs, gather account information, and educate customers on deposit and loan products while recommending solutions aligned to their goals. Provide an optimal client experience by greeting customers, completing basic transactions, opening accounts, submitting credit applications, and driving adoption of digital and self-service tools—partnering with branch teams to deliver operational excellence and accuracy.
