Entry Operator - CCL

Operate the CCL line by loading and positioning coils on the uncoiler using EOT crane or coil car. Verify coil specifications, perform coil centering/alignment and threading, and carry out end cutting, trimming, and stitching for continuous operation. Monitor entry-section equipment, inspect coils for surface defects and contamination, control tension to prevent breaks or deviation, and accurately record production data, coil details, and downtime while following SOPs and safety guidelines.
