Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve monthly and annual individual sales goals and support the boutique’s collective sales target.
  • •Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor; maintain merchandise standards, replenishment, and receipt stocking per VM guidelines.
  • •Support merchandise flow including replenishment, EAS tagging, ticketing, and assistance with inventory preparation.
  • •Ensure accurate POS transactions, including receipts, CRM files, SKUs, payment and client verification; support opening/closing procedures and till monitoring.
  • •Uphold asset protection standards: opening/closing procedures, key log controls with AP, bag checks, key control, inventory preparation, and cycle counts.
