Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team; identify strengths/weaknesses and areas of opportunity to improve performance.
  • •Engage and coach team members, provide feedback, and conduct performance management.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory; lead decisions to repair or reject inventory with the Inspection Center General Manager.
  • •Train associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs correctly the first time and minimize re-checks and delays.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience using computers
  • •Demonstrated functional expertise in one or more areas of Carvana’s reconditioning process

  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years
