Key Responsibilities

•Support the development and elevation of Premier and Premier Elite propositions across client continuum to drive acquisitions, relationship deepening and portfolio management for HK market.
•Assist to formulate Premier and Premier Elite proposition strategies, develop new ideas of proposition features, customer journey and ecosystem with full execution by gauging customer insight analysis and market trends.
•Support the growth of the customer base and portfolio growth in term of product cross-selling and customer revenue for Premier and Premier Elite by different strategic initiatives, including building up customer journey, proposition and wealth deepening campaigns, offerings and lifestyle benefits.
•Assist to enhance the retail and wealth product offerings and experience across continuum to drive sales activities and business conversion.
•Liaise with key stakeholders including Group Premier, Retail Distribution, Product teams, Marketing, Data Analytics, Compliance and Legal, Transformation, etc. to facilitate development and implementation of initiatives and projects.

Key Requirements

•University graduate with business studies related discipline and solid experience in banking, finance, marketing or product management.
