Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Procurement Center of Excellence by owning the excellence roadmap, standards, tools, templates, governance routines, and performance practices across Direct and Indirect Procurement.
  • •Own savings validation and value performance by leading the savings validation framework with Finance and ensuring value is defined, documented, tracked, and reported.
  • •Set process, template, and governance standards by developing scalable sourcing templates, playbooks, dashboards, reporting formats, and training materials to improve consistency.
  • •Enable sustainable sourcing by embedding sustainability considerations into sourcing processes, supplier engagement materials, reporting routines, and governance practices.
  • •Define supplier relationship management and compliance routines, and provide people and functional leadership to drive adoption and strengthen risk and audit readiness.

Salary: USD 165,900 - 207,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong procurement expertise across Direct and Indirect categories, including category strategy, sourcing, negotiation, contracting, supplier onboarding, and procure-to-pay.
  • •Experience creating, governing, scaling, and driving adoption of procurement excellence capabilities (standards, tools, templates, playbooks, and governance routines).
  • •Experience defining value methodologies and leading savings validation and performance management with Finance, including cost avoidance and reporting cadences.
  • •Ability to embed sustainability considerations into sourcing strategies, supplier engagement materials, reporting routines, and procurement governance.
  • •Working knowledge of procurement governance, compliance, delegation of authority, competitive bidding, due diligence, contracting workflows, and audit support.
