Founding Customer Engineer

Own the end-to-end post-sign technical lifecycle for Terminal’s enterprise customers, taking accounts from contract to production readiness and then into scalable fleet syncing. You define the technical path to go-live (solutioning, integration design, and Definition of Done), enable customer engineering teams with training and runbooks, and lead technical escalations until issues are resolved. As the first Customer Engineer, you also co-author the playbook others will inherit.
