Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical solutioning and integration design per enterprise account, confirming delivery mode, data environment, and dependencies at kickoff.
  • •Define and publish go-live Definition of Done, including technical readiness criteria, data-quality gates, and security/compliance sign-off.
  • •Enable customer technical teams with training, runbooks for common issues, and a confirmed escalation path.
  • •Scale from first-production fleet to full fleet syncing while monitoring sync health, latency, and API error rates and acting on threshold alerts.
  • •Own technical escalation and incident/integration escalations end-to-end, pulling in a Sales Engineer when workstreams or incidents require it.

  • •Understands data engineering fundamentals including APIs, data pipelines, and warehouse replication, plus data completeness/latency impacts.
  • •Can drive resolution when security or data-governance reviews block go-live late in the timeline.
  • •Translates customer requirements into a scope engineering can execute and communicates technical reality to executives.
  • •High-urgency operator who owns escalations and drives to a dated readiness plan.
