Job Summary

Shape and scale enterprise intelligent automation and generative AI capabilities by leading the design, development, and deployment of copilots, chatbots, and AI assistants. Own prompt and RAG architecture standards, secure integrations to enterprise data, and scalable automation orchestration using Power Platform, UiPath, and Logic Apps. Provide technical leadership, governance, CI/CD, and mentorship while driving pilots into production and maintaining enterprise documentation and playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise copilots, chatbots, and AI assistants using Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
•Define and evolve prompt engineering standards and retrieval-augmented generation architectures for production use.
•Architect secure integrations between large language models and enterprise data sources via APIs, connectors, Microsoft Graph, and governed knowledge repositories.
•Design and oversee intelligent automation solutions using Power Automate, UiPath, and Logic Apps for scalability and resiliency.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship, including reviewing designs and code, and lead governance for Power Platform and UiPath environments (DLP, ALM, CI/CD, tenant administration, and environment strategy).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 94,300 - 138,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
•5+ years of experience in software development, automation, or applied AI engineering.
•Expertise with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services) and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
•Experience with UiPath RPA development and administration (cloud and on-premises).
•Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, C#, Terraform, or TypeScript. Strong API integration skills (REST, Graph).
