Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end strategy and roadmap for a core product area from discovery through post-launch optimization.
  • •Use AI throughout the product loop by synthesizing ops feedback, drafting options, stress-testing edge cases, and accelerating delivery with engineering.
  • •Translate chaotic logistics realities into structured, scalable product solutions.
  • •Work side-by-side with engineers and designers to co-create the experience.
  • •Partner with Ops to eliminate real bottlenecks and improve throughput (fewer empty miles and fewer Slack fire drills).

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in Product Management with a track record of owning multi-quarter roadmaps or leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Ability to translate logistics/last-mile complexity into structured, scalable product solutions, including understanding operational impacts of small delays or errors.
  • •UX fluency and a high bar for user experience, including making UX tradeoffs.
  • •Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating APIs/constraints and business KPIs into clear narratives.
  • •Can coach/mentor other PMs and help shape product best practices across the org.
