Key Responsibilities

  • •Escort defendants to and from courtrooms, cells and other areas, including accompanying them to the toilet to ensure security and safety (handcuffs may be used).
  • •Monitor and supervise detainees in the docks during court sessions to maintain security and safety.
  • •Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive court information and testimonies.
  • •Support detainees with distressing testimonies, while maintaining professionalism and personal wellbeing.
  • •Complete paperwork and data entry to log detainee movements and incidents, and cooperate with court staff and law enforcement.

Key Requirements

  • •Current valid driver's license and good written and verbal communication skills
