•Originate and expand client relationships, with a focus on planning-related engagements, and contribute to senior-level client pitches
•Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior supply chain leaders, driving impact across planning capabilities
•Lead cross-functional teams and independently manage high-impact engagement workstreams for large programs
•Mentor and develop team members, contributing to the growth of planning leaders within the practice

Key Requirements

•MBA (preferred) with 10+ years of professional experience
•Management consulting experience with strong market traction at the Principal level
•Experience with Healthcare providers and Health System Operations
•Expertise in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, and inventory optimization
•Proven ability to manage multiple major workstreams, lead client proposals, and mentor teams
