Job Summary

Lead end-to-end Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations and architecture, managing a team of Kinaxis consultants and developers. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end design, solutioning, and delivery of Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations, integrations, and enhancements – ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
•Drive transformation of global supply chain planning processes. Continuously evaluate and introduce new planning solution capabilities, innovations and features to enhance planning accuracy, maturity, efficiency, standardization, automation and system performance.
•Provide leadership and governance for a team of Kinaxis consultants and developers, including technical guidance, solution oversight, design reviews etc. As a people manager, adhere to organizational people management policies and processes.
•Partner with business stakeholders across supply chain, IT, and operations. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on planning transformation initiatives. Provide thought leadership on best-in-class supply chain planning practices.
•Own the full lifecycle of Advanced Planning solutions – including application roadmaps, multi-year strategy, system architecture, solution design, project delivery, and day to day support; act as the IT Service Owner for Kinaxis, ensuring platform stability, performance, scalability, and strong vendor and partner management.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in supply chain planning systems and implementations.
•Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response.
•Proven experience in end-to-end Kinaxis implementations, architecture and strategy.
•Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, and IBP.
•Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and other Enterprise platforms.
