Job Summary

Own the successful execution and delivery of engineering programs by deploying standardized execution methodologies (DFSS, HOS, Lean, Agile, NPI), driving audit readiness and process maturity, and simplifying/digitizing execution workflows. •Partner with business and commercial leaders to improve pipeline sufficiency, growth visibility, and launch readiness; monitor post-launch performance, margin improvement, and benefits realization.
•Develop accountability models and translate complex execution data into interactive Power BI/Tableau visualizations for senior leadership, driving corrective actions.
