Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain responsibility for one or more store sections as instructed by your manager, keeping the area folded and displayed.
  • •Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently, accurately, and quickly in all payment methods.
  • •Follow cash desk opening and closing procedures to ensure complete efficiency.
  • •Acknowledge customers and deliver quality service face-to-face or by telephone while continually developing stock and promotions knowledge.
  • •Maintain shop floor and cash desk housekeeping, stockroom organization, cover Head Cashier/Deputy Cashier responsibilities in their absence, and support store audits/action plans while following safe work practices and SOPs.
