Job Summary

Support the Customer Intelligence team in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve customer development. Conduct analyses of customer data, track and interpret key KPIs, and identify trends and opportunities. Create standardized reports and ad-hoc analyses for executives and international stakeholders, building and maintaining interactive dashboards. Ensure data and KPI quality and validity while helping migrate and automate reporting processes across departments.

Key Requirements

•Ongoing or completed studies in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Informatics, Data Science, Economics, or a comparable program.
•First experience in Data Science or Analytics is an advantage.
•Technical knowledge in SAS, SQL, and MS Excel; additional knowledge in Power BI, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning is a plus.
•Strong service and customer orientation with a high quality mindset.
•Excellent German (C1) and good English (B2) with clear communication skills and interdisciplinary teamwork.
•Analytical thinking and numerical affinity; structured, independent, hands-on working style; solution- and results-oriented mindset.
