Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions and maintain proper records while handling assigned monies.
  • •Deliver a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, performing complex and standardized transactions as needed, and uncovering client needs.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to improve their banking experience.
  • •Support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to identify opportunities, check offers, and refer clients to appropriate teams.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies while supporting new account openings and problem resolution.
