Junior Specialist Product Operations

Support the end-to-end product operations process by maintaining accurate product data and pricing across Oracle PLM, Salesforce CRM, and SAP ERP. Configure product attributes to enable sales through pricelists, quoting tools, and eCommerce platforms, while resolving product operations tickets and managing product availability through lifecycle stages. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, partner with IT to improve tools and processes, participate in UAT for new projects, and document workflows to ensure business continuity.
