Banking Center Operations Coordinator

Oversee day-to-day banking center operations by supervising tellers and transactional processing staff to deliver accurate, timely customer service. Manage center cash operations and access controls, support risk mitigation activities (including audits and record retention), and ensure compliance with bank policies and internal controls. Lead client experience efforts, resolve client issues, and support cross-sell and referrals by explaining product information to clients and prospects while coaching the team to execute strategic initiatives.
