Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead implementation of Etihad Cargo commercial strategy for the market and assigned accounts.
  • •Manage and coordinate the team to achieve targets aligned with strategy and budget expectations.
  • •Develop, implement, and execute country/area/account plans to maximize revenue, load factor, yield, and product mix.
  • •Develop, manage, and maintain customer contract portfolio and steer customer relationships across key and local accounts.
  • •Use defined KPI and SLA tools to ensure EYCC standards and service levels; participate in budgeting and ensure financial and CASS compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
  • •Minimum 5 years commercial experience within cargo.
  • •Extensive experience in the market with strong customer knowledge.
  • •Strong cargo commercial experience and basic knowledge of GHA/warehouse handling.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
