Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end architecture for AI-enabled message delivery across omni-channel properties, ensuring resilience and zero-downtime at massive scale.
  • •Serve as primary technical authority for email governance and regulatory compliance (including UDAAP and FCCPA), designing safety protocols and partnering on risk frameworks.
  • •Modernize legacy messaging into a unified Enterprise Message Delivery platform, architecting vendor-agnostic build/buy solutions and scaling orchestration and integrations.
  • •Implement workflow automations to avoid expensive migrations and establish engineering standards.
  • •Act as technical leader for dispatch-domain engineering teams (Message Delivery, Orchestration, Integration) and mentor senior/lead ICs in a highly regulated environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 269,100 - 307,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture and design patterns.
  • •At least 2 years of experience deploying and delivering platforms within cloud environments.
  • •At least 1 year hands-on experience with LLM systems, including RAG/embeddings, prompt or plan tooling, and model governance.
