Job Summary

Lead risk and opportunity (R&O) management for programs across multiple lifecycle phases, supporting Product Support portfolio work and Global Patriot initiatives. Advocate PM plans, processes, and business objectives, execute R&O reporting and analysis, and drive predictable results through meaningful communication. Collaborate across matrixed program managers, program integrators, and IPTLs, while interfacing with internal Raytheon partners and managing ~10% domestic/international travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage program risk and opportunity (R&O) across multiple life cycle phases, including Production and Sustainment.
•Execute R&O reporting and analysis to support program execution.
•Advocate PM plans, processes, and business objectives and implement PM best practices.
•Regularly interface with internal Raytheon partners and engage in cross-functional partnerships across matrixed teams.
•Travel domestically and internationally for customer, company, and program-related activities (~10%).

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience.
•Experience with program risk and opportunity (R&O) management process.
•Experience with program management tools such as Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Estimate at Completes (EACs), and/or Integrated Master Plan or Schedule (IMP/IMS).
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
•Strong communication skills to perform meaningful analysis and drive predictable results through effective interface with internal partners.
