Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete client transactions accurately while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies and engaging clients with courteous, consistent service
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking
  • •Support the sales process through outbound calls, checking client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities via referrals to appropriate teams
  • •Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs
