Key Responsibilities

  • •Take electrical and/or mechanical responsibility for the technical condition of production and process control systems and industrial robots.
  • •Identify, analyze, and remedy defects independently, including adapting production equipment programs.
  • •Support innovation projects and test runs, including installation and commissioning activities.
  • •Apply work systems and Lean Manufacturing approaches to eliminate losses.
  • •Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards and work with digital operation and data capture systems (e.g., SAP), coordinating during shift prioritization.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, or a comparable qualification with several years of experience.
  • •Analytical skills to describe, analyze, and document problems clearly.
  • •Responsible, highly independent, and flexible working style.
  • •Very good German communication skills (native or at least B2) in speech and writing.
  • •Experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance, plus advanced knowledge in control and regulation programming (e.g., Siemens, Schneider/Elau) and experience with Microsoft Office and SAP.
