Key Responsibilities

  • •Review expected impact and implementation of risk model updates, improving data and processes for better pricing and products.
  • •Partner with teams and stakeholders to define data requirements and modelling outcomes that support business needs.
  • •Work hands-on from data sourcing through statistical/machine learning modelling to rating changes and implementation.
  • •Analyse pricing/underwriting data and interpret outputs, communicating results to a non-technical audience.
  • •Monitor pricing and underwriting monitors, escalate key points, and recommend underwriting footprint adjustments.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced experience in personal lines pricing.
  • •Proven experience working with large data sources and strong skills in Python, SQL, and SAS (or Databricks or similar coding languages).
  • •Experience with Willis Towers Watson Radar software.
  • •Strong understanding of the components of price and how to optimize them to achieve business targets.
  • •Knowledge of statistical modelling methods and machine learning techniques, with the ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
