Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop next-generation telecom & datacentre products.
  • •Participate in architecture definition, implementation, and verification phases.
  • •Work with ASIC teams during initial characterization and define system-level integration based on inputs.
  • •Develop and implement process and design improvement guidelines aligned to the latest design methodology.
  • •Lead complex subsystem lab bring-up, integration, and unit test validation; mentor and guide the technical team and communicate status to customers and executives.

Key Requirements

  • •16+ years of hands-on experience designing telecom & datacentre products with MTech/BTech in Mechanical Engineering, or 12+ years with a PhD in Thermal Engineering (or related specialization).
  • •Experience with solid modelling tools such as Creo and UG-NX.
  • •Hands-on experience with structural simulation tools like Ansys.
  • •Hands-on experience in system thermal design and validation.
  • •Experience mentoring and leading a technical team (people manager experience is an advantage).
