Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and oversee analytical workstreams including internal investigations, supply chain investigations, compliance reviews, complex case analysis, and threat/vulnerability assessments.
  • •Ensure intelligence outputs are methodologically robust, operationally relevant, and aligned with NSC governance standards and strategic intelligence priorities.
  • •Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary analytical teams to deliver high-quality intelligence reports, assessments, and investigative outputs aligned to operational and strategic objectives.
  • •Collaborate with senior leadership and operational stakeholders, represent BEACON RED at strategic forums, and ensure compliance with EDGE governance, ethics, and data protection standards.
  • •Design and lead specialist intelligence training as a senior SME, developing accredited programs and conducting TNAs and curriculum design aligned with national security needs and UAE NQC standards; mentor training cadre.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading intelligence analytical support to criminal investigations.
  • •Full-time Law Enforcement officer background in Intelligence Analysis, including formal training delivered by a recognized Five Eyes (FVEY) agency.
  • •Experience operating in sensitive, high-trust environments with complex stakeholder interactions.
  • •Strong English written and verbal communication, including report writing and executive-level presentations.
  • •Over 10 years of law enforcement experience working in an Intelligence Analysis environment; experience managing teams across multi-jurisdictional organized crime investigations is advantageous.
