Job Summary

Provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy for Fortinet solutions in the Financial Services Industry. Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers.
•Assess customer requirements and environment to propose and provide security solution design and implementation solutions.
•Deliver presales solution activities including proposals, demos, presentations, and POC demonstrations.
•Prepare tender documents and support RFP/RFI and POC activities.
•Provide professional services and training for channels and distributors, including on-site customer work and travel to upcountry areas.

Key Requirements

•Client-facing experience assisting external customers with specific products.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts.
•Deep domain expertise, especially in Unified SASE (Secure Access Service Edge, SD-WAN, Universal ZTNA, DLP) and Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP).
•Ability to play a specialist NetOps role—contributing to technical strategies, designing solutions, and overseeing project delivery to clients.
•Familiarity with cloud platforms and environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes) and analytical skills to diagnose complex problems.
