Junior Payment & Fraud Coordinator (f/m/d)

Support the Payment & Fraud team by performing fraud checks on orders and handling customer payments and refunds. Monitor and track fraudulent orders and provide 2nd-level support for payment-related requests. Manage international fraud by identifying, analyzing, and assessing suspicious patterns, and handle chargebacks/disputes with proper documentation while collaborating with Customer Care, Returns, Accounting, and IT.
