Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by engaging with clients and teammates and demonstrating the impact of services personally, professionally, and financially.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and deliver customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, small business, various deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen relationships; manage centers of influence.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation; support branch operations on the teller line as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Ability to influence business partners and leverage centers of influence (e.g., Key Investment Services, Mortgage and Business Banking sales professionals).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
